General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Agreement" or "Terms") govern the access to and use of the jjrr website located at jjrr.club (hereinafter "Platform", "Site", "jjrr", "we", "us", or "our") and all related services, features, content, and products offered therein. By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or placing any wager or bet, you (hereinafter "Player", "User", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

jjrr is operated by an internationally licensed gaming operator. The Platform is intended solely for entertainment purposes. Online gaming and sports betting carry inherent financial risk. jjrr does not guarantee any financial returns from participation in games or sports betting markets available on the Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside jjrr's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional materials or bonus offer communications, these Terms shall prevail.

Eligibility & Registration

To register an account on jjrr and participate in any gaming or betting activity, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. jjrr strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification is conducted at the time of registration using your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or other valid government-issued identification. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, and any funds held in that account may be forfeited.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, or other legal entities may not register accounts on jjrr.
3. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information is a material breach of this Agreement.
4. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order — whether imposed by jjrr or any other gaming operator — that remains in effect at the time of registration.
5. You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. Each account must be operated solely by and for the registered account holder.

jjrr reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Management

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on jjrr at any given time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, jjrr reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending withdrawals or bonus balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. jjrr strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings;
• Never share your login credentials with any other person;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify jjrr support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

jjrr will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable security of their credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility unless you have notified jjrr in writing of a suspected security breach before such activity occurred.

Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting jjrr's support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any verified withdrawal balance outstanding at the time of closure will be disbursed to the Player's registered payment method after standard verification checks are completed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

jjrr processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. jjrr does not currently support international credit or debit card transactions. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time; current options are always displayed in the Platform's cashier section.

Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per 24-hour period, as displayed in the cashier. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits are credited to the jjrr account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds by jjrr's payment processor.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. jjrr reserves the right to request full KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing any withdrawal, including where the withdrawal amount exceeds applicable thresholds. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. jjrr aims to process withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets within 5 to 10 minutes of approval; bank transfer timelines may vary.

• Players must have wagered their deposit at least once before a withdrawal can be requested (excluding funds subject to specific bonus wagering requirements).
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended pending completion of verification checks or fraud review.
• jjrr does not charge fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Winnings derived from Free Spins or No Deposit bonuses may be subject to additional wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is granted.

jjrr maintains segregated player fund accounts. Your PKR balance is held separately from jjrr's operational funds at all times, ensuring that player balances are protected independently of jjrr's business operations.

Bonuses & Promotions

jjrr offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds awarded to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual bonus terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.

• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games and certain other products may contribute at a reduced rate, as specified in individual bonus terms.
• jjrr reserves the right to set maximum bet limits applicable when playing with an active bonus. Placing bets exceeding these limits while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. They may not be exchanged for cash unless the full wagering requirement has been met.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise.
• jjrr reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to the protection of any bonus already activated and actively being wagered by a Player.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on jjrr's sportsbook and casino are governed by these Terms and the specific game or market rules applicable to each product. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

Sports Betting: All sports bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. In-play bet acceptance is subject to the Platform's live betting system and may be declined during periods of high activity or market suspension. In the event of a match or event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, jjrr's void and settlement rules — as published in the sportsbook rules section — will apply. PSL and other cricket markets are subject to the cricket-specific betting rules available within the sportsbook.

Casino Games: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software, independently audited for fairness and accuracy. Live casino outcomes are determined in real time by physical dealing or spinning, streamed via HD video. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are accurate as of the most recent independent audit and are available upon request.

jjrr reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed in error, that was accepted due to a technical fault or pricing error, or that is found to have been placed in connection with any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing activity. Decisions made by jjrr regarding bet settlement are final and binding.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jjrr Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on jjrr, whether under your own identity or using false or borrowed identities;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during subsequent verification checks;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity;
• Participating in any collusion, match-fixing, or insider knowledge-based betting activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain — any winnings resulting from known errors must be reported and are subject to forfeiture;
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals without first attempting to resolve the matter with jjrr support;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward jjrr staff or other users.

Responsible Gaming

jjrr is firmly committed to responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides a comprehensive suite of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity. These tools are available to all registered Players at no charge from within the account dashboard and include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions apply immediately; increases carry a mandatory 24-hour review period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations with automatic logout.
• Reality Checks: Configure periodic pop-up reminders displaying your session duration and net gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary exclusion period (minimum 24 hours, up to 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jjrr Platform — including but not limited to software, code, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, game content, and data — is the intellectual property of jjrr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest or licence in any jjrr intellectual property beyond the limited right to access and use the Platform in accordance with this Agreement.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the jjrr Platform without the prior written consent of jjrr. Unauthorised use of jjrr's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jjrr, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

jjrr's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jjrr shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, internet outages, government actions, power failures, or third-party payment processor disruptions.

The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jjrr makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or defects.

Termination

jjrr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — where jjrr reasonably believes that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has provided false or fraudulent information;
• The account is being used in connection with money laundering or other criminal activity;
• The Player is under 21 years of age;
• The Player is subject to an active self-exclusion order;
• Continued operation of the account presents a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to jjrr.

Upon account closure for a breach of these Terms, jjrr reserves the right to void all pending bets and forfeit any bonus balances. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after completion of all applicable checks, unless the funds are subject to a legitimate hold or forfeiture under these Terms or applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jjrr's international gaming license is issued. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jjrr's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by jjrr's licensing authority.

jjrr encourages Players to contact the support team in the first instance to resolve any dispute or complaint. jjrr will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to the relevant licensing body's alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service.

Amendments

jjrr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it significantly alters Player rights or obligations — jjrr will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to the registered account address or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We recommend that Players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
